Richard D. Taylor Obituary

Richard D. Taylor, 87, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at home, with family and friends by his side.
Richard was born on November 7, 1934 to Edward and Kathryn Taylor. He was a lifelong resident of Hamilton Township, attended Hamilton High School West, worked as a truck driver for W. R. Grace and Company, and was a member of the Teamster Union. An avid racing fan and an accomplished racer himself, he was a two-time track champion at East Windsor Speedway.
Predeceased by his wife, Jean, his brother Edward, Jr. and his sisters Ruth and Edna, Richard is survived by his companion Janet Palacios, his sister Jean Borza, his sons Richard, Jr., Michael and Donald and his daughter Cathy Matas, as well as, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10 AM at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ (www.KingstonandKemp.com).
Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey St., Hamilton, NJ.
Family and friends may call on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
