Obituary of Ralph DeMarco
Ralph DeMarco, 95, of Yardville NJ passed away on January 11, 2022. He was a lifelong resident of the Trenton NJ area.
Born at home in Trenton on October 30, 1926 to Ralph and Anna DeMarco. Ralph was pre-deceased from his wife Antoinette (Toni) nee Midile in 1995. At age 17 he enlisted in the US Navy in 1944 serving in the South Pacific on the destroyer USS Ross DD-563 during World War 2. He was a graduate of Rider College and retired from Princeton University in 1987 as Assistant Director of Financial Aid. After his retirement he continued as a practicing public accountant working with long time clients up until his death. He was an avid reader especially with military historical events and loved watching old time movies and Yankees baseball. He loved playing his trumpet and was part of the church music ministry. He really enjoyed being around his family and always had a story to tell. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Ralph leaves behind three sons, Ralph and his wife Anna Marie, Robert with Luciano Orsini and Richard. There are seven grandchildren, Michael, Patrick, Sierra, David, Evan, Faith and Nathan and seven great-grandchildren, Jenna, Michaela, Christian, Hannah, Asher, Isaiah and Caleb. He will be dearly missed by everyone.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 20 from 7-9 pm at the Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home at 260 White Horse Ave, Hamilton NJ. There will be a service at the funeral home Friday, January 21 at 10 am. Burial with military honors will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery on Province Line Rd. Wrightstown NJ.
