Jane "Jennie" Cota Obituary

Jane (Jennie) Dinardo Cota, 96 passed away on October 10 th , 2024 at RWJ Hospital

Hamilton Hospice in Hamilton, NJ. She was surrounded by the family she

cherished so much.



She was born and raised in Princeton, married and raised her

family there until her move to Hamilton in 1988. She was a resident of Rose Hill

Assisted Living since 2020. 




She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years,

Clifford W. Cota. She was the daughter of the late Angelo and Anntoinette

Dinardo of Princeton.




She is survived by her brother Angelo (Phyllis) Dinardo of

Mays Landing, she is predeceased by her brothers: Charles Dinardo, Joseph

Dinardo, Anthony Caruso and Mario Caruso.


She is also predeceased by her

sisters: Rose Tammaro, Juliette Chiantese, Angelina Braun, Nancy Allinder and

Mary Carter. 

Her memories of her life with Nancy and Mary occupied so much of

her waking hours. She loved them beyond words.



She is survived by her Daughter, Jessica (Richard) Suro, her son John (Debbie)

Cota and her son Clifford (Stella) Cota. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren: Tracy

(Michael) Bossio, Jill (Darin) Burzymowski, Richard (Alexandria) Suro Jr., Avery

Cota, Emma Cota and Amber Cota and six Great Grandchildren: Isabella Sabo, Ava

Bossio, Brynn Bossio, Caleb Burzymowski, Maverick Burzymowski and Hunter

Suro. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.



She was the storyteller of the family. She would recount her times with her many

siblings, nieces and nephews and life on her father’s mini farm in Princeton;

working in the garden, feeding the chickens and gathering the eggs, pulling grass

for the rabbits, feeding the pigs and making wine. 




She loved telling her war time escapades with Nancy and Mary going roller skating, to the movies and to dances.


Her memories of her childhood were filled with hard work and wonderful times.


She often said she had no regrets.
