Anna “Ann” E. Wood Myernick, 92, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Myernick had been a Hamilton area resident for her entire life. She was a graduate of Hamilton High School Class of 1950 and was retired from the State of NJ / Division of Administrative Law as an administrative assistant. She loved playing Bingo, shopping, and hosting her family. She is now dancing the jitterbug with her husband in heaven.
Daughter of the late William and Gertrude McGarity Wood, wife for 60 years of the late Francis “McGee” Myernick and sister of the late William Wood and Robert C. Wood, she is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law JoAnn and Craig Marinkos, Cathleen Myernick and Harry Milonas and Patricia Cruser, her son Francis Myernick, Jr. and Barbara Glackin, her sister and brother-in-law Judi and Michael Drews, her brother Gerry Wood, 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11 AM at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ (KingstonandKemp.com).
Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, NJ.
Relatives and friends may visit on Saturday from 9 to 11 AM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
