Lois J. Lovett, 85, of Burlington, NJ passed away Friday, December 1, 2023.

Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident.

Lois was retired from her position as Director of Transportation for the Trenton School System/Trenton Board of Education.

Lois loved the beach, Atlantic City and the Dallas Cowboys. While her vision permitted, she was an avid reader and enjoyed solitaire on her i-pad.

Lois is predeceased by her parents Anthony Laporta and Hilda Barkoltz Laporta, and her daughter Leigh Koci.

Lois is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Linda and Ken Middleton (with whom she resided with for many years) of Burlington, New Jersey, her daughter Lori Muccie of Arizona. Grandchildren David and Colleen Service of Ewing, NJ; Brandy Parkerson and Shawn of California, Matthew and Alison Lovett of Maryland, and Erin Lintz of Florida. Great grandchildren Kiernan Service, Molly Service, Madison Lovett, JoLeigh Lovett, Aria Leigh Maranto, Eric Parkerson and Jeremey Parkerson.

Visitation for friends and family will be on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Kingston and Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08610. A service will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 noon.
