Patricia A. Kontura, 81, of Hamilton passed away peacefully on November 23, 2023.
Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident.
She retired as a transcriber for J&J Court Transcribers in Hamilton.
Patricia enjoyed playing the organ and expressing her artistic talents through her paintings.
She was the loving Wife of the late Ferdinand “Skip” Kontura; daughter of the late Harry J. Garey and Lydia S. Kownacki and Sister of the late Harry Garey and Ann Fox.
Patricia is survived by her siblings, Dorothy (Charles) Sheppard, Ruth (John) Zappley, William Garey, Sandy Gagliostro and Joseph Garey; her Goddaughter, Kelly Yaede; Brother-in-law, John "Jack" Kontura (Ruth).
She’s also survived by many nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews, along with many relatives and friends.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 11am in St. Vincent de Paul Church, 555 Yardville-Allentown Rd. Yardville, NJ 08620.
Interment will follow in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Cedar Lane, Hamilton.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 8:30am to 10:30am at the Kingston and Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ 08610.
