Julia Colvin Howland, 84, of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Serenity Hospice at RWJ Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong area resident. Julia was retired from Pathmark Supermarket, Hamilton, NJ, and was a volunteer at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton. She enjoyed pulling slots in Atlantic City, NJ, vacationing in Cape May, NJ and, above all else, spending time with her loving family.
Daughter of the late Jean Palmer, wife of the late James Howland, mother of the late Thomas B. Colvin, Jr. and Michael Colvin and sister of the late Barbara Sheppard and Patricia Soden, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sandy and Bob Raup, her granddaughter Candice Adams and husband Chris, her great-granddaughters Marley and Hannah, her niece Tina Bartholomew and husband Fred, her great-niece Isabella Bartholomew, her nephew Fred Sheppard, her brother-in-law John Sheppard and her daughter-in-law Mary Colvin.
Funeral service will be Monday, August 14, 2023 at 12 Noon at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ.
Entombment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.
Relatives and friends may visit from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the funeral home.
