Obituary of Rosemarie A. Companick

Rosemarie A. Companick, 80, of Hamilton passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at home. Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident. Rosemarie retired in 2002 from the State of NJ, Department of Labor and Industry, Trenton and also worked in the testing center at MCCC James Kerney Campus, Trenton. She was an active parishioner of St. Raphael's Holy Angels Parish, Hamilton and enjoyed time with her family, bus trips with her late husband, the Jersey shore and trips to the Atlantic City casinos. Daughter of the late Morris and Helen Ostopuck, wife of the late John J. Companick, Jr., sister of the late Stella, sister-in-law of the late Paul Myers and the late Marion Beetel and husband Robert, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Susan and Ronald Venanzi, her son and daughter-in-law John and Melissa Companick, her son Michael Companick, her grandchildren Louis and Nicole Venanzi, her brother and sister-in-law Paul and Marie Clark, her sister-in-law Carolyn Myers and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January12, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Raphael's Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton. Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown. There will be no calling hours. Due to cemetery restrictions on flowers, Rosemarie's family requests that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 (www.stjude.org)
