Elizabeth Ann Diefenbach Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Diefenbach (nee Constantini) passed away on January 20th at home with her family by her side.

Betty was born in Trenton, NJ on March 11th, 1955, and grew up in Chambersburg. She graduated from St. Anthony’s High School in 1973 and worked for the New Jersey Department of Disability Insurance in Trenton. Betty devoted her life to her family, raising her 3 children and later helping look after her 2 grandchildren. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department, Mercer County for 15 years.

Betty is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, LeRoy, son Brian and his wife Juli, daughter Amy and her husband Steve Matthews, daughter Kelly, and grandchildren Jackson and Hannah. Also surviving are two brothers Dominick and Robert Constantini and his fianceé Barbara Barlow, in-laws Lois Diefenbach, Donald and Joan Diefenbach, Dorothy and Richard Bradley, Louise Zoilkowski, James and Leanne Diefenbach; Aunts Eva DiPierro and Mary Joe Constantini and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Betty was pre-deceased by her parents Elizabeth and Dominic Constantini, sisters-in-law Rose Mary Constantini and Charlotte Flock (Diefenbach), brothers-in-law Byron Flock, William and Edwin Diefenbach, Richard Zoilkowski and nephew Bobby Flock.

Please join the family for visitation on Thursday, January 26th, 2023, from 6 to 8 PM at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave, Hamilton, NJ. Additional visitation on Friday, January 27th from 8:30 to 9:15 AM followed by 10 AM Funeral Mass at St. Gregory the Great Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to offset funeral expenses are appreciated and may be made to the funeral home.
