Susan (Mathews) Puliti, 64, of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Trenton High School, class of 1976. She had worked as a secretary for the Hamilton Township Board of Education for 30+ years, most notably at Grice Middle School, where she had formed many lifelong friendships. She had retired in 2020. She had a kind heart and was loved by many. She was also an avid NY Giants fan and QVC’s number one customer. Susan was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Antoinette Mathews; her brother, Gary Mathews; her father-in-law, James S. Puliti; and her beloved dog, Rocky. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, James J. Puliti; children, Jennifer Mathews, Lauren (Puliti) Trahey and her husband Michael Trahey. She is also survived by her siblings, Thomas Mathews (Maryann), Kathleen Rawlins, and Diane Lewis; mother-in-law, Yvonne Puliti; brother- and sisters-in-law, Virginia Carsia, Denise Poston, Robert Puliti (Ronald Ingram), Paula Puliti-Maxwell (Charles), Jeannine Puliti (Mark Radcliffe), and Lisa Walker (Daniel); her godson, Christopher Mathews and goddaughter, Cristie (Schwab) Buzzard; and many nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral services will begin at 10 AM on Friday, December16, 2022 from Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ (www.KingstonandKemp.com). Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at St. Raphael’s Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, NJ. Relatives and friends may call on Friday from 8 to 10 AM at the funeral home.
