Donald W. Reese Sr., 69, of Wildwood Crest, NJ, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Cooper Medical Center in Camden, NJ, surrounded by his loving family and friends. 

Born in Camden, NJ, he grew up in Yardville. Donald was a graduate of Hamilton High School West, Class of 1975, and retired from Acme Markets. He enjoyed many hobbies over the years and especially loved tinkering around the house and visiting his favorite spots, Ollie’s and Harbor Freight.

Don was a Trustee and lifetime volunteer firefighter with the White Horse Fire Company, as well as Co-Founder and President of the Red Knights NJ 14 Motorcycle Club. He was also a longtime member of the Wildwood Gables Yacht Club, where he proudly served as Commodore from 1998–2000, and a member for 45 years. In addition, he was a member of the New Jersey State Firefighters Relief Association.

He was a NASCAR fan - Rusty Wallace, or whoever was driving the# 2 car along with being a dedicated NY Giants fan. Some of his favorites included Amish Creme, Long John’s Prime Rib but had to be the end cut, Cappucino/Espresso, and of course his Corona Light with a lime (as long as it isn’t skunked).

Don loved the shore, but hated the sand although if his friends wanted to go to the beach he would join them. He was always entertaining his friends who came down with cheese/crackers, shrimp and other finger foods. Don loved cooking for family and friends, yet he also enjoyed dining out too.

But Don will always be remembered for his famous saying . . . “What the Hell”.

He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers, and his best friend, Mike Peoples.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Kristen Fowler and her husband Christopher, and Beth Giglio and her husband Jerry; his sons, Donald W. Reese Jr. and his wife Jena, and David Reese and his fiancée Kolby Seidl; their mother, Kathleen Pascucci; his cherished grandchildren, Grace, Anthony, Gavin, Gabe, Brielle, Milania, Nicky, Joey, Donald III, Michael, Roman, and Rylan; his sister, Iona C. Reese-Olsen and her husband Mike; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

He also leaves behind many special friends, including Chuck, Sharon, Mike V., Bill K., Brent, Freddie, and Michele, along with many others who were dear to him.
