Richard Sazoff Obituary

Richard Wayne Sazoff, age 50, of Hamilton Twp., NJ, passed away on February 16, 2026.

Richard was born in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to New Jersey at a young age with his family. Richard went to school, graduated from Steinert High School, and worked hard at everything he did from working at Walmart in the Electric Department to working at Mrs. G's in the warehouse. In his downtime he enjoyed watching his favorite hockey team, the NY Rangers. His baseball team was the NY Yankees.

Raising his only daughter was by far Richard’s greatest joy in life. He raised her to be a strong- minded independent woman. From taking her to Karate classes to Jiu-jitsu tournaments, her modeling, pageants and her baking, he was there for it all. She was his heart and he put his soul in showing his love for her in everything he did in life.

He leaves behind his daughter Ruth Williams and husband Andrew, his parents Irwin and Peggy Sazoff, his brother David and niece Brooklynn, his sisters Amanda and Rachel and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
