Gloria T. Carr, 89, of Millstone Township, New Jersey passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at CentraState Medical Center (Atlantic Health Medical Center), Freehold, New Jersey, with her loving family by her side.

Born in Trenton (Chambersburg), New Jersey, Gloria was an area resident, later moving to Millstone Township with her daughter Cynthia. She retired from the State of New Jersey Department of Health (Training) after 26 years, after which, she helped raise her grandson Luc up through elementary school. Gloria was a loving, caring, and devoted wife, mother, nana, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and great friend to many.

Wife of the late Russell J. Carr III, and mother of the late Russell J. Carr IV; daughter of the late Ernesto and Emma (Agabiti) Andreoli; sister of the late Emilia Turano, Mary Liebhart, and Frank Andreoli, Gloria will be deeply missed by her loving daughters, Cynthia Gronostajski and Suzette Belder-Carr, son-in-law Rene Belder, MD, two grandchildren whom she adored, Luc Belder and Jeremy Carr along with his wife Kim and two great-grandchildren Jannette and Madeleine (soon to arrive); as well as many nieces, nephews and other family and dear friends. Gloria enjoyed to traveling, decorating, and loved floral arranging.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11 am at The Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, 3800 E. State St. Ext., Hamilton, New Jersey.

Interment of cremated remains at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hamilton, New Jersey will be private.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 9 to 10:15 am at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, NJ.
