It is with deep love and gentle sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Ada (Frascella)
Morichetti, at the remarkable age of 99, at Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Center, where she received excellent care.
Born in Trenton, NJ on October 2, 1926, Ada grew up in a world that would change beyond
measure. She navigated a century of history with grace, carrying lessons from simpler times,
and adapting to the modern world with an open heart. Her legacy of wisdom, kindness, and
enduring spirit touched every generation of her family.
Ada was a member of the Hamilton Senior Center where she enjoyed playing cards and bocce
ball. She also enjoyed her profession as a hairdresser for over 60 years, trips to Atlantic City
and Parx Casino, playing (and winning) bingo, and above all else, praying the rosary every day.
Ada was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and
friend to many.
Ada is the daughter of the late Vito and Rose (Cella) Frascella; beloved wife of the late Bruno
Morichetti; sister of the late Peter D. Frascella, Angelina Helleis, and Marion DeLorenzo; sister-
in-law of the late Mary Frascella, Ferdinand Helleis, Pasquale DeLorenzo, Paolo Morichetti, and
Frances Tondi. She was predeceased by her dearest friend, the late Theresa Camiscioni.
Family was her greatest joy. Ada is survived by her two cherished daughters, Marianne Verde
and husband Anthony Verde, and Joanne Breza and husband Paul Breza; beloved
grandchildren, Nicole Breza, and Genna Longo and husband Matthew Longo; three great-
grandsons whom she adored, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and two special
caregivers turned friends, Susan and Judy.
There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ada’s memory to the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, PO Box 872, Trenton, NJ 08605-0872, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place,
Memphis, TN 38105.
Ada’s legacy is carried forward by the many lives she touched, the traditions she kept alive, and
the love and kindness she gave so freely. Though she has left this world, the imprint of her
kindness, strength, and love will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. May her memory be
a blessing.
