Mary F. Marcucci Obituary

Mary F. Marcucci, 83, of Hamilton Township, NJ, passed away, peacefully, on Thursday, August 28th at Serenity Hospice Care.

Born and raised in Trenton, she graduated from Cathedral High School, married and lived the rest of her life in Hamilton Township. First in White Horse, then on the site of what is now Veterans Park, then in the home that she and her husband Tom built in Yardville, NJ. She worked for the State of New Jersey for 30 years. She was a member of the Groveville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Mary’s Catholic faith was always a very important part of her life. She enjoyed vacationing at their Pocono House, playing at the Atlantic City casinos and building her snowman collection. She loved snow, animals, crafting, and shopping at the dollar store but more than anything, she loved her family and friends. She was known for her kindness, her smile and her great sense of humor.

She is predeceased by her husband, Thomas A. Marcucci, her sister Verna Martin, her son Christopher Marcucci, and her daughter-in-law Lisa Marcucci.

She is survived by her sister Joan Petrino, son Thomas R. Marcucci, daughter Michelle Canning (Kevin), daughter-in-law Kim Marcucci and her 6 grandchildren: Bailey Marcucci (Christian), Tara Marcucci Fritsch (Glenn), Skylar Marcucci, Patrick Canning (Claire), Jillian Canning, and Shawn Marcucci.
