Obituary of Walter F. Lewandowski

Walter F. Lewandowski, 95, of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, with his loving daughter at his side. Born in Trenton, he was lifelong area resident.
 Walter was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Korea. He worked in the commercial printing industry for many years, first with the Riegel Printing Co. and following his military service, he worked for MacCrellish & Quigley Co. until his retirement.
 Walter enjoyed traveling, spending time outdoors especially days at his home in Mystic Island; relaxing on his deck, paddle boating in the lagoons, crabbing and enjoying his catch of crabs for dinner. He was the husband of the late Mary Lewandowski; son of the late Felix and Mary (Bilinski) Lewandowski; brother of the late Stanley, Sophie, Vinnie, and Henry. He was also the father-in-law of the late Hans Gerasch.
 Walter is survived by his loving daughter, Janis Gerasch. He’s also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
 Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Kingston and Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton. (www.kingstonandkemp.com)
 Monsignor Dennis A. Apoldite will officiate.
