Maryann Berga,75, passed away, peacefully, at Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Lawrenceville, NJ on February 13th, 2025. Born in Trenton, NJ, she lived in the Hamilton area for most of her life until moving to Lawrenceville in 2005. She graduated from Hamilton High West Class of 1968. Her religion was important to her and she liked to attend mass. She enjoyed listening to records, playing the accordion, reading and watching the weather. Above all, Maryann loved spending time with her family. Daughter of the late Edward A. and Josephine (Sisti) Gronostajski, she is survived by her loving and devoted daughter Angela (Berga) Smith of Bordentown, NJ, her brothers and sister in law, David and Kathy Gronostajski, of Surf City, NJ and Michael Gronostajski of Robbinsville, NJ. She also had four grandsons that she adored, James, Michael, Joseph and Anthony Smith, as well as, her nephews, a niece and many cousins. The family wishes to send a very special "Thank You " to the entire staff at Clover Meadows for their care and compassion over the past 20 years while Maryann was a resident there. Also, a special "Thank You" to the Hospice Team at Vitas for keeping her comfortable and providing extra care over the past year. A Memorial Service will be on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 12 Noon at Kingston and Kemp Funeral Home 260 White Horse Ave. Hamilton NJ. Relatives and friends may visit on Friday from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey St., Hamilton, NJ.
